We travelled to Chama so we could ride the Cumbres Toltec train and chose to spend the night before at the Iron Rail Inn for thematic purposes and because of the easy access to the train station. We arrived late but the hotel staff were very considerate and helped make check-in super convenient. Overall, the room was clean, quiet, and cozy and we look forward to staying here again for future visits to Chama.

Last minute trip on my motorcycle to check out the area and booked a room at the Elkhorn Lodge. Great experience and will definitely stay here again.

If you are planning to stay in Chama and are riding the train, this is the place for you. Staying in this train engine tiny home met and exceeded our expectations. The unit is very new and maintained with the guests in mind. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overall stay. And on another note is the outstanding awesomeness of our hosts. The communication was above and beyond. Well done. You will not be disappointed in staying at Chama Crossing.

Me and my friends went down to Chama, for a man conference, while we were there, we went to chama Downtown and bought some souvenirs for our kids, we really like the house. We’re thinking about Booking it for next year Again.

The property had a beautiful overall feeling and quality (i.e. cabin, views, everything you ever needed away from home was supplied, but especially the 2nd floor patio. It had warmth and a spectacular view. We watched the fog come in over the mountains. It was a sight. Thank you.
