This is a beautiful location and wonderful hotel. We had a few things we didn’t like; they wouldn’t give us two keys for the room so my partner and I had to share the only key. When we checked in there was a mix up with our room and I’d say we received a down graded unit. We didn’t make a fuss as we were still overall happy!

Terrible

The worst hotel experience in all Thailand I’ve ever experienced. I was waiting for more than two hours to be checked in, under the super hot weather, without any air conditioning. And during those time they did not allow me to chill by the pool! They just forgot about my presence. Second point, no towels in the room, every day I needed to call them and ask for the towels as they were always keep forgetting about it. The food on the breakfast was terrible! And Coffee is not drinkable at all.

We love Sand Sea Resort and Railay Beach! The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile to help us! If we are able to come back to Krabi we will stay here again for sure. The only drawback was no alcohol was served at the restaurant, but there were beach bars on both sides of the resort and they didn’t mind if we brought them back to the restaurant or the pool. Wonderful place to be and unforgettable beauty- plus monkeys and iguanas and little kitties roamed the property with no bother to the guests!

Amazing place! Family with 2 Young adults: we all agree this is a Fantastic place to stay at! The location, the bungalows, the pools, the environment, the suroundings/area, the gym, the breakfast, the beach! Everything 10/10!

The accommodations were cozy and couldn’t beat the beach front appeal. Nice chairs to lounge in all day and watch the sun set in the evenings. The staff paid great attention to details and were always available when needed. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back again to stay at this resort!

Hotel com boa estrutura mas não voltaria.

A estadia foi boa, porém a praia não tem nenhuma ligação com a cidade de Krabi, caso queira passear só se for de barco e eles cobram muito caro a noite e você não tem como retornar ao hotel a não ser aceitar o que eles pedem, no caso tivemos que pagar 1000 Baths para poder retornar ao hotel as 23:00 hrs. Nosso vôo também saiu as 11:20 da manhã e tivemos que perder uma diária para nao perder o vôo, pois os barcos demoram para sair, só saem com 12 pessoas e o aeroporto é bem longe.

Belle chambre mais salle de bain un peu vétuste et pas très propre, petit déjeuner correct avec vue magnifique, très belles piscines, très bon emplacement proche de tout, accueil correct mais la sécurité nous a interpellé à plusieurs reprises dans l’hôtel avec un air accusateur pour nous demander ce que nous faisions et demander de prouver que nous logions ici en montrant notre clé de chambre ce qui était un peu dérangeant

. The only downside is getting here because he can only get here by boat and it’s a really long time. Also, if you come in at low tide, it’s a hell of a long walk down the pier and there’s nobody waiting for you so you have to bring your own bags for about a quarter of a mile. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are great as well. Great proximity to the beach.
