The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes not until after 4pm which was inconvenient at times. The roof top pool was great with good happy hours. The main pool looked lovely but had to much overall shade for my liking. The location of the hotel to the beach and shops was fantastic. The breakfast was ok but catered more to Indian and Thai (Thai was to be expected).. In a 2 week stay the hotel offered hashbrowns once and the egg station was very slow if you timed it wrong. Bacon was available but on request only.

They didn’t have our room ready after check in time. Happy hours at the bar was nice. Good view from the room, breakfast was good with variety of food. Coffee machine doesn’t work as well, dispensed small size of cups. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and kind.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and the air conditioning works very well. The breakfast is good, but the service during breakfast is lacking. Overall, for a hotel of this rating, the service is average, which is the only downside of the hotel.
