I left a note with the front desk. Our bathroom shower had mold, our floor was constantly dirty with sand. The cleaning staff need a vacuum instead of a wet mop. The air conditioning just kept running and running and the air ducts blew out a moldy/mildew smell. It’s such a pretty property but it isn’t being kept up.

The resort is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great - near the main street and not far from the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and expansive. The one thing that wasn't great were the towels in the room were old and a bit dirty. There were also quite a lot of mosquitos in my room at first, but I was careful about opening the doors in the evening.

This was such an amazing property, I could live here! The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Was easy to coordinate outings with the on-site event coordinator. The food and restaurant were great and the buffet breakfast had so many options.

Disappointment!!! More like 1-2 star hotel!

Our welcome was unhappy staff, tired and not welcoming. After that we found a dirty toilet, and the view from the window was a river of sewage of the town. The staff is not awful, but it’s not what you except from this level of hotel.Feels like no one really cares about you( so different from other hotels in this country). The breakfast was okay, missing basic things like pancakes, (only one morning), Nutella. The only chocolate was cheap syrup. The dining room is small, and very crowded. Kids club is really poor. Maybe okay for age 0-3. More like babies club. In first look- rooms look nice, but after a few days you realise that there is no maintenance. For conclusion- Big disappointment. And the worst thing is that it feels like no one cares.

Great stay!

Just stayed for 1 night before departing to phuket. Very nice and spacious room with both sea- and mountain view. I could also look over to the roof top terrace in another building and down to pool area so i really felt i could see it all, but still avoid the sounds from the street and parties so i got a good nights sleep. The room is big with lots of space for your belongings. Big bathroom and balcony too. Comfortable bed. All in all very nice, modern and spacious. Could have stayed for longer. The staff was very friendly too, and even helped out a friend of mine who wasnt staying at the hotel with airport shuttle when her Bolt-driver ghosted her in the last minute. Only constructive critisism i have is the soundproofing between rooms. I felt i was in the room with my korean neighbors and had to turn up my TV to try to ignore them. Since my stay was short i didnt really try out any facilities except the breakfast and pool. Pool area is ok, but the pool is a bit run down. Also inbetween all the hotel buildings so no sunlight. Breakfast is decent, but nothing different than the other 4 star hotels i tried in Thailand. The hotel is close to the main street but still quiet. Also, short walk to beach and longtailboat-taxis.

Excellent location in Krabi. Wonderfull staff, exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of food. We booked a Family Suite, 2 Bedrooms - very spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended.

A proper nightstand and some towel racks or hooks to hang the wet towels are two of my usual desired hotel amenities beside cleanliness. Unfortunately, Panan Krabi failed in both. There were also no place to sit in the room beside the bed. It’s hard to relax or simply sit to put your shoes on. Breakfast seems a bit chaotic and foods or utensils were not replenished timely. It’s in a great location, services just needed to step up a little. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the cliffs. The main pool is busy with kids.

We enjoyed staying at Panan. The hotel and pools are lovely. It is very central in Ao Nang so if you go out for the evening, there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are a lot of backpackers, some bars are also hostels and gets busy. It is convenient for visiting the phi phi islands and we had a great day out arranged with the hotel. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs is nice but would be good for it to be open later with some music, we ended up going out every evening as it was quiet.

Here’s the polished version: This hotel is awesome! It’s within walking distance of the beach and offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of options savory, sweet, and healthy options too. There are two great pools: a rooftop pool, perfect for a cocktail, and a large pool on the ground floor. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Good location in Ao Nang and a fine hotel. Nothing excellent, nothing bad. Staff was helpful during check in and then never acknowledged us again (when entering, exiting, etc.). The facilities are getting to be outdated and in need of some updating, and the bed was not particularly comfortable, but the room was big and we enjoyed our patio. Didn’t find too many appetizing breakfast options for westerners at the onsite buffet, but found a great cafe just across the street.
