We requested a room change on arrival as we were over looking a rusted metal roof top! Vineet spoke to reception and sorted it for us. All staff are always helpful. Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! Everyone had a smile on their face! Lovely place to relax

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very responsive to emails prior to arrival. Beautiful grounds and boat rides available from site. Decent size pool.

We’re from Australia and cycling the world ( 5 years so far!) We were truly welcomed which is always a pleasurable experience and up graded to a room with a spectacular ocean view! All the staff made sure we had a fantastic stay and we certainly did! Highly recommend!

I stopped over for 1 night en route to Varkala Beach. The hotel is very clean, the King Suite is very spacious. Rooftop bar and restaurant thoroughly recommended. Would stay again.
