The room was not available as the four seasons did not have membership with Expedia. We had such a struggle to arrange money and to pay cash on spot for the rooms. Terrible service from Expedia

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lakebreeze Stays in Kollam, and I can confidently say it was a beautiful lakeside retreat that provided a much-needed escape for relaxation and natural beauty. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Ashtamudi Lake, this accommodation truly offers a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility of Kerala's backwaters.The room was designed with comfort in mind, featuring thoughtfully decorated interiors that blended modern amenities with traditional charm. Having a private balcony was a highlight, allowing me to enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the water each morning.What made my stay even more special was the warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt valued and cared for throughout my visit. They were always happy to assist with local recommendations, which made exploring the area a breeze.The location is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature. I enjoyed various activities like boating and fishing, as well as leisurely strolls along the water's edge. Immaculate rooms and hotel to Western Standards and better, with marble floor tiles in rooms and throughout the passages. The deluxe AC room has a comfortable king bed, good reverse cycle Air-conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan, bar fridge, stainless steel electric kettle, flat screen TV, premium quality linen, quilts and towels, and good Tata Tetley teabags and instant coffee with creamer and sugar is provided. The bathroom is clean, Western style with running hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The restaurant is good, and will make meals to order at odd hours like 3pm. The day reception Manager Anil Kumar is excellent, always answers the phone quickly and assists with all services requested including booking trains, autorickshaws and taxis and providing extra drinks. One free one litre sealed bottle of Romanov purified water is provided daily in the deluxe room, and extra bottles can be purchased for 20 rupees each, which staff bring to the room. They assist with shopping, transport and go above and beyond expectations. The night reception Manager was also good. The 2 room attendants, Manik and Vinod, are also excellent, and very helpful, weighed my suitcases for me repeatedly until they were within the 25kg airline requirement. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller and well looked after by the staff. This hotel presents well, is near a vegetarian restaurant, pharmacy, other shops & restaurants. We had an unforgettable stay at Waterfront by Palmyra! We spent two nights in this peaceful, calm, and beautifully quiet property – an ideal getaway for families looking to unwind. A special shoutout to Charles and his wife for their warm hospitality and the absolutely delicious food that made our stay even more memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this serene retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Overall good, however needs improvement in keeping carpet in good condition. through unwanted things wherever supervisor find in their eyes to elevate to a true 5 star hotel premise
