Our room was filthy. The main door safety lock was broken. My daughter and I had to move a table in front of the door to be safe. The shampoo and conditioner provided were already half used. The comforter was dirty. There were hairs in the bathtub. The sink did not drain. And to top it all off, there was a dead bedbug in the corner. When I brought this up to the check out staff, she was so rude & inconsiderate. We had traveled all day long. We just wanted to eat and sleep when we arrived. That is why we didn't ask for a new room. We were tired. Terrible staff. Terrible customer service.

The room we got was dirty looked like someone was already sleeping there the door was already open we let the front desk lady know she gave us another room was also not very clean looks like lot's of saw dust in the bathroom
