I only choose poor because the bed was comfortable enough, but OMG! This room was so filthy!! One of the worst parts was the massive amount of urine on the title next to the toilet! The bathroom did not have any toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. No kleenex either. The coffee machine was complete except there were not any cups for the coffee. Seems like a simple mistake, maybe? In the morning the continental breakfast was a joke. Two types of cereal with milk was the choice. No toast, no porridge, nothing warm. Tang for Orange Juice - really in 2026? We will avoid this place next time.

I never ate breakfast .. so I don't know about that. The room was clean. My only complaint was I paid for a few extra nights but I came back to my room just to find the housekeepers and I'm assuming one of the owners or management was also there. Getting ready to throw my belongings out because apparently there was a misunderstanding. So good thing I came back when I did or I'm sure my belongings would been in the trash . And not one person offered an apology..

The room was awful. The fridge barely worked. The coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom door was failing off the hinges. It was dirty. The neighbor hood was less than desirable. Do not go there my advice.

The staff charged my card for the room cost that was already paid for when it was booked. When I contacted the hotel to inquire about the charges, the person acknowledged the overcharges but was rude and refused to refund them. This is fraud. The room was nasty and smelled like an ashtray.

The person at the front desk gave room keys to a room that was ALREADY in use! I walked in on people sleeping in the beds! Thank god they didn’t chase after me or pull a weapon on me. It was an innocent mistake not by my doing. But still the outcome could have been traumatic! We are so disgusted and disappointed with days inn.
