Property is beautiful, staff was amazing. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. My charger broke and I tried to buy a replacement at the gift shop but they didn't have the one I needed. The front desk staff offered to charge for me. Great customer service!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like a priority. Their kindness, respect, and joy made the whole experience unforgettable. The food? Absolutely incredible — hands down the best we’ve ever had on vacation. The resort is spotless, the beaches are pristine, and the atmosphere is peaceful and full of love. We were blessed with fresh coconuts, mangoes, and more, gifted by the generous people around us. We even made lifelong friends — something we never expected but now treasure deeply. We love Coco! The staff are absolutely amazing and take the time to get to know you. The grounds are kept immaculate by the Maintenance staff. Rooms are always cleaned well by Housekeeping. Very quick walk to the most amazing beach on Seven Mile.

What can I say.... everyone and everything was amazing at the Riu!! Food was amazing. Entertainment all day long. The Riu entertainment crew was absolutely amazing. They interact with you your entire stay whether its sitting talking to you at the neach or lobby does not matter. Bartenders were very nice and made good drinks at any bar you go to. Kitchen crew and wait staff very pleasent and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beach is perfect. Thank you Riu for your amazing crew from beginning to end. We will be back!!
