Room was gorgeous, spotless and very comfortable. I had questions a couple of times and ALL the staff we encountered were very responsive, friendly and solution focused. Good variety of restaurants. Great all adult environment. No foolishness.

I am not sure what the people were eating who said it was top notch - it was consistently poor. I did platinum and for me it wasn't worth the cost - others could be different. Hopefull

Our stay was excellent! There wasn’t a large crowd of people as the resort just returned to hosting after the hurricane. It felt very exclusive. Our junior suite was LARGE! Enough for 3 comfortably. I was impressed by the standalone tub - despite not using it. Our balcony view was beautiful. Our room was kept clean, our fridge stocked and maintenance addressed our needs when called. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The resort is a beauty! Stunning restaurants, beautiful bathrooms, impressive lobby, plenty of seating throughout the resort, great drinks and the food is 10/10. Breakfast will be a rotation of traditional foods but it was fresh daily! The beach was kept clean. The waters were a bit rough a few days of our stay so we didn’t really get in. The entertainment team does a fantastic job engaging and keeping the day flowing. There’s always something to do but not overwhelming. There are sections of resort reserved for quiet time or pool fun. Nightly shows were great! The live band really sang! Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning!

We had an amazing time at this resort. The room was great, with a view of the Ocean and well thought out balcony. The room was very modern and clean. The staff was amazing from check in to check out and we really enjoyed the food as well. We were already thinking about booking our next trip back before we left!

Clean and always attentive workers anywhere you went. Had a huge leak from upstairs room. Was fixed promptly but the light fixture was never fixed nor our light on our room number (we were the only ones with a light out) other than that hiccup it was fantastic!

The hotel was not ready for that operation, the room flood the first night because the shower drain was clogged, most of the restaurants that they claim would be open was not , the management is tardy, they lie and keep sending guests in circles

Staff was so accommodating and extremely welcoming. The resort was spotless. The pools were beautiful. The beach was raked every morning. The food was AMAZING, beyond even all-inclusive standards. Only money spent was on room service (only $15 surcharge), everything else was truly included. Ronaldo and Rojeaux at the sports bar were awesome bartenders. Will definitely be back to this resort!

We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. Will definitely return because of the excellent service and to assist in the Jamaica's recovery/tourism.
