Romantic accommodation in Kentwood

Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY.

The hotel ignored my reservation, and when I arrived, all rooms were fully booked. I did not get any help finding alternative accommodations.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, delicious food!

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice while visiting our son at Calvin University, and both experiences were excellent. Nicolas Geanta, the General Manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated every request with kindness and professionalism. Meredith at the front desk was also incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and we really appreciated having a kitchen for longer stays. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, grill area, and the social dinners during the week. The entire staff made us feel at home, and we will absolutely stay here again whenever we visit Grand Rapids.

The hotel is for people that have long term plans the towels are enters if you need more then the 2 towels and 2 wash clothes they don’t clean the room daily but the price was ok but I prefer a breakfast and more amenities

Check in person wasn’t friendly. Didn’t explain times of breakfast. All other workers were great!!! Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice pool!
