A Good Stay.

It was very clean! Staff was nice. This may have been listed in the booking, but was expecting dishes since it had a kitchen - there was nothing (no rags, soap, or a single dish). You had to request an ironing board, so just felt sparse overall. But would stay again for the cleanliness and price!

I wasn't familiar with an extended stay hotel prior to this stay. The front desk was "closed" when we arrived however there was a phone to dial for assistance and the clerk responded quickly and was very nice, informative, professional and prepared. Check in was very quick. Our stay was only one night and I honestly felt guilty because we had a late arrival and our special needs child was full of energy and was loud when we first got into our room. We eventually got our child settled and we slept well. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. We truly appreciated the full size fridge as we need it (and a freezer) when traveling with our child. The only complaint we have is that the floors were filthy. After showering in the morning, my feet were absolutely gross from walking around the room packing up our things and I had to wash them again with a wash cloth before putting on my socks and shoes. Other than that, we were very happy with the property.

Very clean and most of the staff was great. BUT beds very bad, no where to sit other than bed or 2 office type chairs. Tv didnt work til day 2 then remote didnt work for entire stay. We had a herd of elephants up stairs and a crying dog next to us. I would never stay there again

The guest rep was very nice when checking in, however, I did not realize it was an extended stay hotel when booking and wouldn’t have booked it had I known. There were no amenities. No breakfast, pool, or room service. I was told there was a surcharge to have housekeeping come if staying less than 2 weeks or if extra towels were needed. My stay was going to be 4 days. I figured I would just suck it up and not book next time. I technically “stayed” for one night, but truly just checked in, changed for work, and put my bags in the room. I noticed there was an odd smell when I first entered the room but didn’t think much of it. When I returned from work the next morning, the odor in the room was overpowering. It smelled like animals and cigarettes. I also saw a bug and my feet got filthy from walking on the floor. When I went to request another room, the guest rep was not the warmest and told me there were no other rooms available. I then asked for a refund but she said she didn’t know how to do it. The maintenance guy did the refund as he told me the room I had previously had a dog in it, so they left the window open to “air it out” which is “probably how it got bugs in there”. The only thing good about it was that I received a full refund.

I had called two days prior in the afternoon to prearrange a late check and the woman who helped on the call was very friendly. However, when we arrived the woman working on third shift was extremely rude. She treated me like l was an inconvenience and bothering her by needed to check in. At the counter she didn’t acknowledge me, say hello, ask for my name or anything. instead she just said “where’s your license” and then snatched it from my hand. She then handed paperwork to me and said “sign this here”, then tossed the key packet on the counter afterwards. I didn’t get a copy of anything or my info around the stay. I have never been treated so poorly at a Hotel before. Room itself was quite clean, however the bathroom had no hand towels and didn’t have a soap dish to put the bar of hand soap after using it. There also wasn’t enough bath towels for 4 adults, but we weren’t going to ask for more after the treatment I already had received. When we checked out Saturday morning at 9:30am the front desk was still locked up. There wasn’t a sign saying if we needed to leave the room keys or how to get a copy of our receipt. Luckily only needed the room for overnight, and will not ever return as this was unacceptable treatment and had subpar amenities/accommodation for $200+ a night

Very clean room and bathroom. Liked having the stove, refrigerator and microwave that were also very clean. Comfortable beds, nice laminate flooring (no carpet). Very happy and impressed. Will definitely stay here again.
