We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Kenora in mid-July after booking last minute. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—especially the king-sized bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel staff were attentive and quick to respond to our requests for extra towels and linens for the pull-out couch, which we appreciated.
Check-in was efficient, although the front desk agent could have been a bit more welcoming. That said, the overall service was good. The room rate felt a little high for the amenities offered, but that’s to be expected in Kenora during peak summer season.
All in all, it was a solid stay and we’d consider staying again when in town.
