Beautiful waterfront stone house in traditional Dalmatian style with modern interior and equipment and a view of Adriatic Sea from all floors. In Kastel Novi you are only 20 km from Split on one side and 5 km from Trogir on the other. Both cities have frequent public bus service that stop about 200 m away.
Public parking (pay per use) can be found all around the property.

The house features three levels with an open concept model. A functional and well-equiped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and living room/dining room are situated on the ground floor.
