櫃台有多位可以中文溝通的人員很方便付費停車1500日幣走出去就是金刀比羅宮的台階及商店街房間乾淨早餐就一般般可惜了

設備等少し古いところもありましたが、お部屋も他の施設も全て清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。備品等も足りないものはありませんでした。朝食が品数も多く、どれもとても美味しくて大満足でした。スタッフの方々も親切で、駅までの送迎も助かりました。歴史ある琴平に相応しいお宿だと思いました。

ロケーションは参道から近く凄く便利でした。食事も流石に叙勲料理長のお食事と言う、趣向を凝らしたお料理の数々に嬉しかったです。何度目かの琴平温泉宿泊でしたが、総じてナンバーワンでした。特に夕食の担当をして下さった女性のスタッフさんには滞在中ずっと大変心和む対応をして頂きました。本当にありがとうございました。

とてものんびり過ごせました。連泊しましたが、スタッフの方々のお気遣いが嬉しかったです。食事内容も料理が前日と同じ物にならないようお気遣い頂き、美味しくお腹いっぱい食べられました。

遅いお正月休み

年明け恒例の友人との旅行で初めてお邪魔致しました。遠出はせずに近場で…と思い交通費分、宿泊費を奮発?してこちらなホテルに…と思い、宿泊させて頂きました。宿泊費以上の配慮とサービス。御部屋も広々と眺めもよく感激致しました。御食事もどれも美味しくお正月の疲れが吹き飛びました。帰路につき、お友達が「来年も今年と同じホテルが良いね。」と言ってくれたので嬉しかったです。良い思い出をありがとうございました。

第一にスタッフの方が皆笑顔で、とても親切でした。観光についても気さくに助言頂き、美味しいうどんを食べることができました。部屋のベッドはセミダブルで広々と寛げ、シーツも高級感がありました。大浴場も脱衣所を含め清潔でした。ご自由にお使い下さいとポリ袋が置いてあり、濡れた物や着替え衣類を入れるのに大変助かりました。夕飯の際は、醤油が美味しいと伝えると、使用している醤油を実際見せて下さり、帰りに売店で購入したのも良い思い出です。ホテルの立地が金比羅山上り口に面していたのも、辛い所業を成し遂げれたメリットの１つだと思います^_^ 駅までの送迎を快くして頂きありがとうございました。

清潔で好感度高い！そしてうどんタクシー

金毘羅宮に近いのと、驕らずきちっとサービスするホテル。しかも金丸座にも歩いてすぐなので、空いていれば満足度高い。連休に行くとやはりコミコミ。金毘羅参り、歌舞伎公演の時期は避けないと？？温泉がエレベーターすぐにあるのもなかなかだ。レイアウトが良いと感じた。リニューアルの時に熟慮して客とサービスの導線をきちっとしているのも好感度。若い小さくて目がくりっとした若い中居さんも2日とも食事についてくれて、いろいろ教えてくれた。何より、「うどんタクシー」を呼んでくれたのが良かった。香川県に11人しかいないそうだが、このうどんタクシーの前谷さんは元々会社を経営していたけれど、三年前からうどんタクシーを始めて、八代亜紀さんも乗せたことがあるのが自慢の団塊世代。楽しく話をしてくれた。おまけに香川県のベスト3と言われる、「長田in香の香」「岡泉」「須崎食料品」と全て案内してもらった。泊まった時に、本宮の上の奥社まで1300段以上登ったけれど、筋肉痛にならなかったのは、温泉のおかげだろう。また、ここから石畳の上を歩きながら、鞘橋や、琴平駅などを歩いて回るのも、いいかと思う。

本当に満足しました。

ホテルの規模は想像より立派で、また従業員さんの対応もとても素晴らしく、夕食朝食も満足でした。立地が観光地のほぼ中心ということもあり、車で近づくには混雑や渋滞はしょうがないと思いますが、抜け道を使って渋滞を横断することもできたかと思います。そのあたりのアナウンスがなされていれば、完璧だったかと思います。
