I want so badly to give this place a 5 star rating due to the fact that all amenities were amazing! The house is furnished beyond any VRBO i have ever stayed at and everything is so comfortable but I just can't as we struggled with several issues. First the instructions upon arrival failed to allow us in, we struggled to find any keys in the dark and could not get the property manager on the phone for an hour to help us. None of the information sent from VRBO matched the actual instructions like Wi-Fi passwords or where keys were to be found and once we were provided access the book inside with all the information did not match anything we had been sent in welcoming texts either. My biggest issues were with the outdoor lighting all over the yard and not being able to find a way to turn them off overnight. As there are no curtains in any of the rooms there is no way to have privacy at night or block lights from shining in your eyes. Therefore very little sleep over the course of our stay and an inability to have any privacy once the sun went down. I love this place, have dreamed of being able to stay here when i got married for years...I thought it would be a fabulous time, but it failed in ways I could never have imagined. This makes me sad as it is a beautiful place to stay with an amazing amount of things that are fabulous about it...just wasn't restful or easy for me at all.
