My booking through Expedia was not available or not seen when I checked into the hotel. I had to cancel and rebook - at different rates and then the processing of payments wasn’t the easiest or best, and they were not as helpful and friendly.

For a Hilton you would expect more. Disability parking was limited to 2 spots. For a hotel with 20+ floors you got 2 spots. The restaurant had limited seating. Carpets were worn. Trash outside was overflowing and on the ground. Overall it was satisfactory but again for a Hilton you would expect more for the price. The Staff was amazing and very accommodating so they make up for the rest!

OBooked a “city view “ room and then got a third floor room where apparently none of the rooms have refrigerators so we had to keep our packed food with the front desk each time. No microwaves in any of the rooms so we had to go to the front lobby each time to warm up our food. The room was clean but they never provided us with a trash can even after asking for one. Light in the restroom flickered on and off. I mean for almost 500$ for 2 nights stay…I did expect better.

Dirty. Smelly. Bathroom faucet broken upon arrival. It would not turn off. Maintance was called 3 times never came. I finally just turned off the value to the sink. So the sink never worked. Then it just start dripping, than consistently ran for 24 hours. Still no one came to fix it. Front desk don’t even apologize! Very rude staff.

This property was nice inside, the outside at night very dark and deserted. The check in process was terrible had to wait over an hour for room to be clean. Told by staff they overbooked. We booked 2 days in advance and was not give a notice by the hotel.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For starters, when we arrived at 11:18pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready and we “needed to sit down and wait 5 minutes.” Appalled, we sat down and waited approximately 15 minutes for our room assignment. Upon entering our room, our carpet looked like a crime scene with multiple large stains. It was disgusting. The shower water was cold, no matter what time we showered- morning, midday, and evening. Despite all of this, we decided to stay a third night because our daughter was having such a great time at American Dream mall. When we went downstairs to pay, the front desk clerk charged our credit card 4 separate times saying the charge wasn’t authorized- despite it saying “approved” on the card reader. Two times were for the room, and the other two were random charges of $125.96 that was not disclosed to us for the reasoning. After all this, she said our card was not authorized. We called our bank who stated these charges were in fact authorized and gave authorization numbers to give the front desk. The Manager, a guy, said he was not authorized to take this info but the owner would be able to. He pretended to call someone and came back 30 seconds later and said “it’s a no.” Based on the level of disgust, both in the horrific room cleanliness and staff rudeness, I’d stay far far away from this hotel.
