Jacinto City accommodation with spa

Very lovely hotel that we just discovered. It was like a luxury botique hotel where the staff treated guests like loving family. We loved all the details that really upgraded our stay. The food was wonderful as well. We particularily loved our waiter at breakfast, Oscar. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was nice and the rooms were well maintained however breakfast was Alittle expensive but it was very delicious

We had a great stay, everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the family had a blast hanging out by the pool while the kids played.

Unique ipad self checkin with you creating your own room key. Rooms are tiny but bed was comfy and room was clean. I opted for add on breakfast and portion and presentation were worth the extra 12 dollars. Keep in mind there is no fridge in room. Air-conditioning works really well. Hall and room carpets are getting close to due time for replacement. Down stairs waiting area and Bistro were very stunning. Morning front clerk, she was super friendly and helpful. Evening clerk had a very dry and tone as if you were bothering her. Bistro gentlemen was polite but not friendly at all. Offsite parking is available, vallet for 50 a night is an option which does comes out of the 50 incidental hold if used. Overall I would recommend the property for a short down town experience.

The room had a balcony
