Overall the resort was maintained well. Our bathroom tub was not clean and the shower handle broke. Our first night we had to was up rather than shower. Restaurant was the best amenities!

We got there late last night, our room was not ready and we were “upgraded” to a suite. The only bed was smaller than usual, and they took us a single mattress to put on the floor for one of my kids. We had requested double queen so we could fit ok. We woke up on a puddle of water, because something had been dripping from the ceiling all night, half of the room and bathroom were all flooded. The bath was dirty. I had a lot of hairs stuck to the walls. We had to clean it before we even took a shower.

Poor experience

Hotel itself is good and clean, staffing is terrible. Had to wait for everything, car valet 10 mins for someone to appear, coffee shop, 15 mins for someone to appear from the back room. Lounge bar and facilities don’t open till 5pm due to lack of staff. Worse still is not one staff member cared or apologized, seems they don’t care either.

The property was very clean & aesthetically pleasing. I loved the scent in the hotel lobby- aromatic, yet not overpowering. The elevators were fast but light enough where it barely felt like they were moving. The room was immaculate. Views of the city buildings, king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, mini fridge, safe, light cotton robe, decent sized desk & sitting area. However, not only was the mattress too soft, apparently it was too high because it was dressed with a flat sheet instead of a fitted, plus the linens were soft, so if a couple engages in activities or if one is an active sleeper, expect the sheets to come undone. Furthermore, the pillows were way too soft, without an option to exchange for firm ones. I didn't eat at the restaurant nor drink at the bar, but I did order room service once. I enjoyed the food but not the additional fees! And lastly, the pool was underwhelming, but served its purpose. From the reception, to the cafe, housekeeping, room service &the security guard who was an older gentleman that worked during the day, almost every staff member I engaged with was friendly, courteous &professional. Jonae (my apologies if I spelled it wrong) greeted me at reception with a big warm smile &personality to match! Maybe because I booked as a VIP member of Expedia but I received a bottle of white wine &a small box of chocolate in my room after check in. Parking &food credits were also a plus. Dining &shopping nearby. Hotel located right off of the highway.

I liked the room size, but several items made it frustrating. The registration blocks the flow to access the hotel, the elevators were slow, randomly working, and the ice maker on the 4th floor didn't work, forcing me to go to another floor.
