The power went out in the hotel for almost 12 hours. This was due to a storm but they did not have any generators to help keep the hotel up and raining safely. The stairwell to the parking garage was pitch black and was slightly lit by neon glow sticks. No staff members were manning this to make sure guests were safely getting to and from their vehicles. I was given an issue about receiving a full refund.

Where do I start. Ok one, breakfast isn’t included with the room, room was ok staff is nice but then again I would be nice too if my hotel POWER went out! So, my husband and I made it to the hotel at about 3 a.m. It started to rain then the power went out. Mind you we were on the 15th floor! So guess who had to carry all their luggage down 15 flights of stairs and we had to find another hotel but we couldn’t check in until 3 in the afternoon. Also we drove from another state which took us 5 hours to get there so we are exhausted. I will never stay here again…EVER!!! WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DOESNT HAVE A BACK UP GENERATOR
