I stayed here with my family for a few days to go to the rodeo. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is clean and beautifully decorated. There were two things I didn’t like. The bed is hard as a rock, my entire family was waking up sore each morning. Second the parking situation ($45 tax valet per night). That’s a steep price especially when there aren’t many parking options around. If there was a convenient alternative I would have chose to do that but unfortunately many family decided it was easiest to settle for the valet. It was definitely an unexpected expense.

We must have arrived under a bad sign, but our room had a plumbing problem and had to get moved after the first night. Requested a room with queen beds for the upgrade second night and got another room with full size beds. Went to get ice and ice maker was broken. Tv never really worked in either room. Felt like half the stay was talking to staff and maintenance about stuff they could fix.

The photos of the rooms are a complete lie. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. The air vents were filled with dust and mold. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious mold around the tub and dirt inside. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom, the photos on the website were completely different. The beds were extremely small. I wasn’t able to look at the full length mirror since it was against a wall with a loveseat in front of it. The TV remote didn’t work and came with confusing instructions. The noise of the highway was extremely loud and I could also hear people from the sidewalk at 4 am. The pool area’s door was unlocked but had construction going on… definitely not worth almost 500 for just 3 nights, it was pitiful. Along with the 50/night valet, which is absurd. We definitely wouldn’t come back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Baecation a success

We truly enjoyed our stay John and Luke were excellent. Everyone was very pleasant we will definitely come back again to stay. Our only downside which is not too bad is that the bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays and we love going downstairs to a hotel bar. It’s something about knowing you can get as messed up as you want n walk back upstairs to your room. lol but all and all we love it.
