Cons: Some maintenance issues. Bathroom: There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the dispenser for the conditioner broke. The towel rack was covered in dried crusty soap (hopefully that is what it was). General: Visible dust and dirt in corners of the rooms. One of the outlets worked intermittently. Room felt a bit dingey with the old carpet and wallpaper. Pros: Excellent air conditioning, great lighting and blackout curtains. Lots of space and amenities.

I enjoyed my stay at the white hall. It’s very clean and beautiful and amazing staffs. It was short but worth it . I’ll definitely go there again when next I visit Houston Texas .

Property was very nice for the price and all the staff we came in contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it's a large hotel with only two elevators so the elevator wait was very long and you had to go up and down before finally reaching your floor. I will still give them 5 stars because it really was a great hotel.

Jon at the front desk was amazing. Very resourceful and always asking if there was anything we needed. Also the shuttle crew was wonderful and timely. We plan to stay here again whenever we are in Houston.

We went for a special birthday gift for my autistic preteen, a concert to watch his favorite band. Unfortunately they canceled the show but the staff was dedicated to make up for it even though they had nothing to do with the cancelled show! They sent up balloons chocolate cake, snacks and drinks and a birthday card and the next day treated us to breakfast. IWe will definitely comeback in August if not for the concert for the stay. Thank you to everyone that made our stay special
