The property had a number of common appliances and items that did not work: ice machine (had to come to the front desk to get ice; it was then doled out); juice dispenser did not work (cheap orange drink in refrigerator: towel bar in room by lavatory falling out of the wall (Room 169). Property in back (where the room was located) was filled with containers use in shipping/trucking. Old furniture was stacked in huge piles with shredded tarps hanging over the piles. One pile was so old the shredded tarp was mere strings with grass/weeds growing tall around the pile. There is no restaurant although a restaurant is advertised. (Apparently it has never opened or has since closed.) The breakfast is poor compared to other contemporary properties. There is very little food other than cereal and much of it is poor quality. (Commercial mini-donuts in cellophane; cheap white bread; so forth). The guest ratings are not to be trusted. Rather than around 8.0 the property should be rated around 5.0

Poor quality of workmanship/repairs…not a well cared for property. Sheets were clean, but shower didn’t drain well and bathroom smelled like urine.

Good place for the price. Nice stay

The location is very convenient everything nice and clean despite that it’s an older building clean is what it’s all about and it was an excellent value

Great pool and spa. Warm water in the pool and hot water in the spa.
