Re: Stay 2-11-2026 The toilet had not been cleaned. There were urine drops on the rim, side, and floor. My wife always travels with Clorox wipes, so she cleaned it. The faucet was smeared with what looked like cleaning residue. Once we wiped it, it was shiny again. Not sure what that was. The bottom sheet had a large hole in it. The washcloths smelled like bar soap and were stiff/yellowed - as if they had been reused. It was late, so we cleaned up, slept and left. The floor appeared to be clean. We travel extensively for work and see many hotels. We gave your hotel a try based on the positive reviews, however it did not meet expectations.

Check in was not welcoming. Room was not clean or very nice. Very cheap, run down hotel. Sure, remodeling has been done, but of the poorest of quality. This will be our very last stay at a Red Roof. You get what you pay for is clearly evident here.

Great value. Room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Had quite a lot of trouble opening the door and the coffee was awful but otherwise a very nice stay.

The floors were absolutely disgusting! It turned out feet and socks brown. Wiped them on towels and they were absolutely gross! The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were as well. Bathtub was dirty. When we first arrived we had to carefully walk around because of the untreated ice. We got to the room and I hurt my back slipping on the ice trying to get me luggage inside. There was dog excrement all along the side of the building. The door did not close properly. There was daylight all around it. I took pictures of everything. On top of that I was charged a 50 dollar pet fee that was not mentioned anywhere. The place was a total disaster and I’ll never stay at a red roof inn again because of it.
