Everything was great except that between 10:00-18:00 it is not possible for cars to get up to the hotel so you have to take your luggage yourself for about 100m

Hotel is in a convenient location and walkable to all area attractions. Staff is very welcoming, helpful and always grewt you while leaving/entering property. Room size was okay for the area. Carpet though needs good steam cleaning. Offsite parking was adequate but problematic is you are looking for in/out privileges. It was okay to stay for couple of days with family.

Excellent hotel for anyone looking to stay in sultanahmet area of istanbul. The staff was really nice and helpful. The manager included free breakfast for us and provided free luggage storage while we flew to capadocia and antalya. This property is really close to all the attractions. Staff also arranged guided tours for us.

Tan hotel is located very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazar. It's good for no more than one or two nights stay. Rooms look dark, mattresses are terrible and not enough light in the bathroom

The location and the staff is what gives this hotel 4 stars, otherwise it would have been easily a three. The location is central and short walking minutes from all activities in the Fatih area. The staff were amazing, Alp, Farouk, Emre, Zeynap and the cleaning lady, all amazing and helped make our stay pleasant. Would I come back? I don’t think so. The facility needs a serious facelift to attract tourist and not worth the $240 a night!

Amazing location! Nice room for 3, no frills, fun spread for breakfast, but best of all is astonishing view on the terrace which was so cool to grab some beers from a package store after touring all day! Super nice staff too!

Great hotel to stay in, the location was excellent and extremely close to all of the main tourist attractions (walking distance). The room itself was comfortable and the staff were lovely; they would help call taxis, and recommend places to eat. I was kindly upgraded to a bigger room during my stay which was very nice of the staff. My only negatives would be that the phone in my room didn’t work so i wasn’t able to use room service, i used the laundry service but the clothes came back damp (external service the hotel offers) and if you were to stay here i highly recommend you don’t eat in the surrounding area as meals were costing us double what we were paying slightly further out
