The hotel was nice, you are very well received at the entrance, the receptionists also welcome you well, but some floor workers could have spoken a more formal language, they could have been more respectful. But in general, I liked it. The breakfast is very nice.

We didn’t arrive to the hotel . We couldn’t come to Istanbul, since we are from Palestine ( the occupied territories) . I called the hotel several times , I explained the situation, that we couldn’t arrive to the hotel , but unfortunately they didn’t help us . I asked them to refund 50% of the booking we had done , I hope they can refund as many nights as possible. We booked for 5 nights , and we didn’t stay any night !!! Kindest regards
