Je vous conseil vraiment pas cet hôtel si vous ne voulez pas être arnaqué. On ne voulait pas me rendre ma caution car soit disant au début c’était parce que je n’avais pas réglé mes nuits d’hôtels alors que vous payez à l’arrivé puis on me demande le reçu de la caution pour le remboursement alors qu’ils ont tous dans les reçus informatiques. Si je n’avais pas quelqu’un qui parlait turc, je n’aurai jamais pu récupérer ma caution puis m’auront refacturer mes nuits. Je vais le faire remonter à la direction. Attention !
