We were really pleased with our stay at the Neorion hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff was incredible, really welcoming and helpful. They helped us with bags, recommended cafes nearby, allowed us to check in a little earlier as our plane arrived early and there was an available room. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and everything you might need was avail. Thank you!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience outstanding—special thanks to Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret. Their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made me feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was the breakfast—it could use some improvement in variety and quality. With a little more attention there, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. Overall, highly recommended for the amazing staff and comfortable stay!

The hotel is 10/10 for staff service and friendliness. Everyone was so warm and welcome and helpful . The hotel is in a very convenient location to access all sites and ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when I come back .

We’ve stayed at this hotel more than five times, and the main reason we continue to return is the outstanding service from the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every team member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the breakfast selection. While it’s appreciated, the variety and quality could be enhanced to match the overall standard of the hotel. Despite this, the incredible service truly sets this place apart. We always feel at home here, and that’s entirely thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff ( Matt and all the others) were excellent hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were lovely, complimentary coffee was offered whenever we wanted it during the morning. Rooms were clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay with robes and slippers and Turkish delight everyday ! Lovely thought. Pools And sauna area very nice and we could shower there before we left . Taxis arranged by hotel to airport and yes slightly more expensive but they pulled out all the stops to get us there on time despite awful traffic. Location of hotel. Excellent for local attractions. Roof top terrace had amazing views,yet more fantastic staff and the best cocktails! Advice given by staff was exactly right ! Cant recommend enough. Would definitely return.

Excellent Hotel in a Prime location. Close walk to AyaSofia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Taksim, trains buses, boats, shopping, restaurants. Don't know if there's a better location than this in Istanbul. The Staff here is outstanding, special thumbs up tp Mehmet…very professional, genuinely friendly. They were all excellent and helpful hosts. Has a pool w/sauna, whirlpool. Turkish bath…. Nice quiet rooms, great beds, very clean…. Can't go wrong here…It's perfect. We loved everything about this hotel! It has everything you need for a visit to Istanbul’s Sultan Ahmet neighborhood. Great location and helpful staff, comfortable room, Turkish bath, a really good breakfast, an amazing rooftop restaurant and view… Could go on and on. Don’t hesitate!
