I highly recommend staying at Level Suites. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to two tram stations, Galata Tower, and the port, and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring Istanbul. The owner communicates very well and she was very helpful throughout my stay. The suites are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Mine had a mini-fridge, a kettle, all kitchen utensils you might need. They can also assist you with arranging safe and reliable transportation to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it offers great value and a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

Zeynep was super quick with her responses. She also provided three different suggestions on how to get to the hotel from the airport, and told us the approx price we would be looking at. I also later spoke to Zeynep in her antique store downstairs and found her pleasant to chat with. We were there to catch a cruise but decided to spend a couple of extra days sightseeing. The small hotel was in the centre of where we wanted to be so it was easy to walk everywhere. It was also only a 10 min walk to the cruise port so we didn’t even need a taxi. The room was really nice and comfortable, and I noted that it was very quiet on the room. There was also AC in the room that we could control. We felt safe walking around the area, and there was no shortage of places to eat at in the area. I also have a short term rental property, so I can definitely see that Zeynep is doing all the right things in managing her boutique hotel! My only comment was that in the ad, there were photos of multiple rooms (which appear to all be different) so maybe make sure you note in your communication which room you desire. I thought I requested a king bed room, but we ended up getting g a queen instead. This wasn’t a big deal to us, but to others it might be.

Die Lage ist perfekt – ideal sowohl zum Erkunden der Stadt als auch zum Entspannen. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind sorgfältig vorbereitet und besonders geeignet für Familien. Die Besitzerin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Für alle, die eine sichere und angenehme Unterkunft suchen, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. The place was amazing, the perfect base for a truly magical Istanbul trip. The hotel itself is furnished beautifully with antiquities that give you the feeling that you are not only experiancing the modern Istanbul but also getting a taste of its history. The host Zayneb is everything you would want, super friendly, kind and helpful with all our questions and requests. Bed was great for sleeping, room was very clean and also very quiet as the hotel is in a small dead-end street. At the same time, its the perfect location for a morning stroll by the port, close to many restaurants and cafes and you can find both taxis and busses about 4min away. We also got convinced to book the place despite its low number of reviews by other reviews and we are super happy that we chose it!!

주변에 고등어 케밥 맛있는 집도 있고 너무 깔끔하고 주인분이 너무 친절하셨어요. 한국인 후기 뿐만 아니라 후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했지만 너무 사랑스러운 숙소입니다. 숙소 인테리어도 깔끔하고 깨끗하고 청소해주시는 분도 친절하세요. 향기도 좋고 너무 너무 만족입니다

Un gran descubrimiento! Zeynep y su equipo son muy serviciales y están disponibles para cualquier problema que se presente. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Uno de los mejores sitios en los que me he hospedado en Estambul. A menos de 2’ encuentras un supermercado y la parada de tranvía de Tophane esta a varios minutos a pie. Barrio fantástico y colorido. Repetiremos visita.

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels empfängt einen ein wunderbarer, frischer Duft – alles ist makellos sauber! Besonders die Betten waren die saubersten, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe.die Besitzerin Zeynep ist unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, und das Personal super freundlich. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Otele girer girmez mis gibi bir temizlik kokusu karşılıyor – her şey tertemiz! Özellikle yataklar şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en temiz yataklardı. Zeynep Hanım inanılmaz sıcak, yardımsever ve misafirlerini en iyi şekilde ağırlıyor. Otelin merkezi konumu harika, personel çok güler yüzlü. Fiyat-performans mükemmel – kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar wenn mal was ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral genug, so das alles schnell fußläufig oder mit ÖPV erreichbar ist und dennoch ist es ruhig genug, so dass man nachts ruhig schlafen kann.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in liebevoll eingerichteter Unterkunft mit Kochmöglichkeit, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit Zeynep war jederzeit wunderbar. Sie gab uns viele Tipps und war jederzeit für uns verfügbar. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß oder einfach per Tram/Fähre erreichen. Man kann die Unterkunft auch per Metro vom Flughafen aus erreichen, wenn man etwas mehr Zeit einplant. (Rd. 1 - 1,5 Stunden).
