The location can’t be better, right in the city centre, but on the quiet street. The service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. Nice clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds.

The location is good. Breakfast decent. Even with the discount it felt a little overpriced but it seems to be par for the course for Turkey these days. Having 2 bedrooms in one suite was great. There is a musty smell to the sheets and rooms. A window was left open when I arrived and I hadn’t realized until the morning, and it was in the middle of winter between rainy days. One of the staff was great and friendly, the other less so. It’s okay, was a decent experience but felt too pricey for what we got.

A family of 4 adult stayed in the "family room" for 7 nights in January 2026. Highlights: helpful staff at every turn, wonderful breakfast with both US style and European style breakfast options. Tiny negatives: room sizes smaller than I expected, bathroom small. Hotel is very close to many of the old town highlights (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern), but there is some steep walking to get there. Several reasonable restaurants within 300 meters of the hotel.

Breakfast is always fresh l, staff are super nice and helpful! The location of the hotel is in the heart of Istanbul with aya Sofia, blue mosque, and basilica 10 minutes away on foot. Area are surrounded with shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions. I can see the phosphorus from my window on second floor as well.
