This boutique is located near the Sultahnamet area. Very close and walkable to historic sites and public transportation. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping mearby. Mr. Adem was hospitable and kind. There was a misunderstanding/issue about the transfer servixe in the beginning which made us a little uncomfortable but Mr Adem dealt with it. It just needs more storage space , hooks for towels, clothing etc, and to lock the water heater because someone turned it off on our first night. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Very friendly and helpful hotel owner . We stayed for 7 days and hotel owner worked as a free guide for us . He is always accessible. Hotel is located at the centre of Istanbul, restaurants, beach , blue mosques everything is within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended if anyone wants to stay in central Istanbul with reasonable price .
