Awesome place to stay in Istanbul old town. The 6th floor and roof are restaurant. You could see Temple and Sophia and seaside skyline from the restaurant. It is the best spot to see from the city. The

The location was fantastic. An easy 10 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Breakfast buffet in the terrace restaurant was good. We enjoyed a lovely sunset dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent, they price was reasonable with a 15 percent hotel stay discount, and the view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the largest family suite available which was adequate but not as spacious as we had hoped. An all around, it was a good experience.

The location was extremly convenient. Alll the hotel staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. The view from the Panoroma restaurant was gorgeous, the food was excellent and the wait staff, especially Nara, was outstanding..

However, the room had a sewage smell for our entire trip and as we were the top floor, we heard all the noise from the restuarant above. This included the scraping of chairs, tables, etc. at all times of the day until midnight.

Overall 3 stars hotel, not 4.

The hotel is walkable distance to major mosque and bazaar. We have been upgraded on the second night as we were complaining about strong smell from the bathroom. The staff accomodated us and moved our luggage to a bigger room. Good breakfast from the top terrace. Mini bar though not plenty of space.

EXCELLENT STAY AT ADAMAR HOTEL!!! We would like to thank Murad, Gokan, Sakan, the breakfast lady & all the supporting staff at the Adamar hotel for such an amazing stay. They upgraded our rooms to family size when we checked in and gave us a warm welcome. Having a toddler with us was not easy but Murad and his team made an effort which we will never forget to make our lives comfortable. Every little thing matters - this is our 3rd trip to Istanbul and we know how hotels around here love to charge you for everything but not at Adamar. Our friends (who travelled with us) were given a free charging adapter when requesting at midnight - trivial but that mattered a lot. The hotel is 5 mins walking distance to Basillica Cistern, Sultanahmet mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace and Gulhane Park, lots of transportation options. The tram stop and Ferry port at a walking distance. I wouldn’t recommend eating around at Sultanahmet as the prices are overcharged but you have great options at Sirkeci. They even arranged for a taxi when we wanted to transfer to our next hotel. It was truly wonderful! And btw, you must visit just to see the breathtaking views from the rooftop. Thanks everyone at Adamar hotel! Highly recommended!!

This property treats their guests VIP, from the reception desk, porters, hotel staff and restaurant staff. We were so impressed with the quality of service and professionalisms they have shown us.
