Food and service was great

Hotel was central for shops, bus station easy to get around good views over the bay and ferry port Staff were very friendly and helpful.Would deffinately use again.

The property is excellent and very clean. It is roomier than it appears from the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and warm, just right for a good night's sleep after exploring Arran. The cottage is extremely well equipped and ideally located for the small village of Lamlash, a few minutes walk to a Coop supermarket, restaurants, hotels and cafes. It is a perfect base to explore Arran. Isobel is a welcoming and helpful host.We stayed in the cottage in June and came back again, which tells you something.

Rooms need a little updating.

Friendliness,very welcoming and attentive. Very good breakfast.

Customer Service was excellent. We were well looked after by staff especially for meals. Room not the biggest but clean and comfortable with great view of Lamlash bay.
