Not worth the nearly £200 cost for 1 night!
Paid £172 for an "Executive" double room. Not quite sure what is executive about a room next to the air conditioning ducting on all night ?. Noisy and the TV very dated , restaurant closed at 8pm so couldnt get any food on arrival . Comfy bed , bathroom shower great but not wortb £172 and that did not include breakfast !
Excellent value for money. Friendly / helpful staff, great breakfast / room & extra bonus included use of the pool which my grandson loved (could not get him out!). Wish we were staying longer but will be back. Worth every penny.

GREAT hotel, excellent value! The food (both breakfast and dinner) was outstanding. It's right across the street from a group of high rise apartment buildings that looked rather sketchy, so we weren't sure how safe the area was. And THERE IS NO LAUNDRY FACILITY, regardless of what it says on Expedia!!!!! That was the main reason we booked this hotel on Expedia - only to arrive there and find out that it isn't so!
Location is ideal, and spending day/night was from a good base. Staff are friendly and although we dined in the town at night, the breakfast quality suggested that an evrning meal here would have been nice. The use of leisure facilities aided to the relaxation.
We have stayed here 6 times now . The staff the hotel the food everything we like in the hotel. Only thing jacuzzi wasnt working pool area steam room sauna need upgrading.

Please was nice bit dated, some staff were friendly, bed & pillows really uncomfortable, dirty towels in the bathroom and the pelmet on the window fell off and hit one of us when sitting watching tv
Arrived and the fire alarm was going off due to a technical fault - despite this the receptionist was brilliant.
A friendly face, apologetic for the noise and very professional despite mayhem.
The room was large and to an excellent standard - would certainly trecomment the Fairfield
Nice hotel, friendly staff, great place to stay with kids due to proximity of playground and beach. Only downside is that it is not soundproofed.

Room was not made up in the morning. The fault with the bathroom extractor was not rectified and the bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath that was not working and when reported we were told the room was not sold with jacuzzi. All it needed was a sign. The leisure pool area looked in need of an update with the jacuzzi here also not working! Overall the staff were very god but the place needed a little TLC.

Had I think the worst bedroom. Room 18. Noise all night from units on the roof. All night
Hotel has it's own charm and is situated perfectly
We will definitely be coming back. The hotel is perfectly positioned. The beach, centre and other entertainment are very close. The dinner staff and the receptionists were amazing. The pool provided towels which is very convenient. Only thing is check if there is anything booked like aqua aerobics cause we had to leave. My daughter was quite disappointed. Dinner wasn't to my liking nor was breakfast. However, this hotel has great reviews about the food. So don't go by my review.
