Nice staff. Really enjoyed Javy who was great. We were in room 2. Only had hot water one day out of four. Room clean and spacious. Beach small and covered with sea shells unlike other beaches we were on. Air conditioning was fine and easy walk to town. Food and drinks at bar were good. Lack of hot shower would make me not stay there again.

Holbox Islands are beach front hotels the town has sandy dusty uneven roads. Lots of bars restaurants and nightlife options. It has a quieter and chilled vib compared to Cancun and Player del Carmen. The hotel is nice clean and has a rustic feel. The two pools are small and disappointing. The beach area is small and the swimming very shallow.

We loved this place so much when we stayed last year that we came back again—and were lucky enough to get the best room this time! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views, and just a short walk to the heart of the action. Mornings started perfectly with an excellent breakfast, and the beachfront restaurant and bar made it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and drinks without ever having to leave the sand. The beach itself is beautiful and really made our whole experience even more special. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. The staff was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back again next year!

I took a group of 9 including both my daughters and my Mother on this trip. The Hotel Staff was great. They helped with the taxis and kayak rental. The Breakfast and Coffee were wonderful. I would defiantly stay here again.
