I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in some really incredible suites but this is probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at. The landscaping and the grounds are immaculate- flowers everywhere and hand painted tiles. Our room was cold and quiet, ideal for a hot summer holiday. This hotel is ideally located, steps away from its own little beach club, near the promenade of other restaurants, the gorgeous Corso Vittorio Colonna with all its shops and walking distance to the castle. Breakfast was great and they arranged transport to/from the port with their own shuttle service. A 5 star stay, highly recommended

Wonderful stay

The hotel is a beautiful retreat and the location is perfect for us. It is easy to walk to the Aragonese Castle and the port area. The hotel ground is laid out really well and provides many relaxing comfortable areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees. We also loved relaxing on our balcony.

While it was good and the staff tried their best there were two issues that overshadowed everything. Expensive sunglasses were stolen from the private pool area, probably by staff. We were overcharged for a salad.

Starting from the front desk you will get highest level of service! Front desk Antonella and her colleagues were always available to help, very professional and friendly. Had answers to all my questions. Their help made my stay just perfect!!! Another people I need to mention- staff at buffet/ restaurant! Very professional! Mariangella, Rose and others!(Sorry I don’t have all names ).. About hotel and surrounding areas- very beautiful, clean, very well maintained and preserved! Love it! Friendly, helpful and so welcoming!

Such a fantastic stay, the whole team made it an absolute joy. They were friendly, helpful, and patient (I was practicing my not so good Italian and they were very encouraging).
