The layout of the house is well thought through with 4 communal areas for that allow for gathering as a group and for 1:1 chats. Beautifully designed interior, freshly mowed lawn and beautiful front yard. well maintained and clean rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely recommend for families.

Comfortable clean and well looked after. Close location to surf beach. Would def stay here again. Also had beach gear in the garage that we could use. Would just recommend reviewing your cleaners. There was a lot of short hairs (like when someone shaves their legs) left in the spa bath. Obviously wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. Also the amount of dust and hair behind toilet and bathroom doors indicates a lack of thoroughness by the cleaners.

Perfect for Group Accommodation

The property is perfect for a group of up to 8 adults. Plenty of space to spread out or stay close. There is no swimming pool (as mentioned in ad) but close to the beach, has a pool table and has an indoor spa. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future

Great property.....

Oceans 11 at Inverloch was all that we hoped it would be. The house, yard & location was great for us. My husband & I slept in the bedroom with the ensuit & we both agreed the bed was too firm for us. The second night we slept in the room with single beds & those beds were the firmest I've experienced making it difficult to sleep well through the night. I'd highly recommend mattress toppers to alleviate this issue. Other than that a very lovely property for a reasonable price.
