Across the room, the modern kitchen features an inbuilt pantry, dishwasher, breakfast bar seating for four and quality appliances including a four slice toaster, microwave, sandwich press and Aldi coffee pod machine. The adjoining dining area offers an extendable table seating up to eight, perfect for shared meals and family gatherings. From this central living area, a hallway leads to three bedrooms and the main bathroom, which has been stylishly renovated and includes a bath, shower and toilet. There’s also a separate laundry with a washing machine for added convenience.

At the end of the hallway, the main bedroom boasts a queen bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, walk in wardrobe and a freshly updated ensuite. Two further bedrooms offer a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively, with a portacot and high chair available for young guests. The backyard is easily accessed from both the dining area and laundry, opening to a covered deck with an outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ and outdoor shower, ideal after a beach day.
