Not a good hotel for the physically Handicapped

I recently had leg surgery and needed a raised Toilet (portable) seat and my husband was told by desk staff that that is not a service provided by the hotel. As a result going to the toilet was very imposible on your unusually low toilets and a shower was impossible.

Being next to the airport was convenient for an early morning flight. There’s a bus from Glasgow that took us straight there and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of airplane noise being so close to the runways!

I’m requesting a full refund our room was terribly dirty; sheets were dirty and have not been clean with hair and stains all over them, the shower didn’t work, there was constant noise from the elevator could not sleep at all — I spoke with Simon at the property and put my complaints on record - that room should not be given to anybody.
