The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours prior to arrival with the booking number and what the process would be.
