Room was TINY, does not compare with photos of Ecocomfort rooms on site. Hardly room to put our cases down. Would have expected better for over 300 Euros for one night. I had cancellation until December 3, but money debited end November. I emailed Hotels.com to ask why but they didn't bother to reply. Best part of stay was a drink and dessert in the bar - young barman/waiter very friendly, fun and helpful.

Staff friendly and helpful with info about Innsbruck, travel and things to do. Room large and very clean. Great location 10 min walk from Christmas market and 2 mins to train station. Hotel had character and restaurant attached was lovely. Great breakfast too. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Hotel and room was clean, staff friendly. Well located near the train station and only a 15 minute walk to anywhere. Only real complaint was the pillows were very thin.

Warm welcome on arrival and a very smooth and efficient check in process. The room was warm and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally situated for our visit for Christmas Markets. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We dined at their restaurant the second night, and the food was delicious, the wine recommendations perfect! (Thank you Jane)
