Close to the airport and train/metro. Staff could be friendlier and less dependent on the app, especially with many international guests. Shuttle needs advance booking and drop off route is tricky. Drink coupon hours also inconsistent. Walls are very thin — I lost a night of sleep from a person literally snoring next door through paper thin walls.

Firstly, the location is great. Right next to exit 1 of the train station, with a CU convenience store attached (24hr and self-service if not staffed). The eating options in the immediate area are good, and the options within short walking distance are incredible. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a little frustrating as they insisted we use the automatic check-in, but I didn’t see anyone successfully have the key dispensed. Breakfast was worth the money, and the free shuffle service was a bonus (take note that it drops you off at arrivals when you leave, which is fine). Overall I was very happy with the stay, and will look to stay again, but perhaps 3 nights next time to explore more restaurants.

We stayed 1 night in order to be close to airport as we were flying home the next day. We arrived to the hotel around 1am. There were 3 other families in line at that time so check in was slower since only 1 staff member was working. I gave it 4 stars as staff could be more friendlier especially at that time. After we checked in, we went up to our room but found out the key they gave us was not a key to enter the room. It was to be used to turn on the lights in the room. We found that out after trying to get into the room unsuccessfully Finally as we were about to go back down to front desk, a man appeared (maybe security) and opened the room door for us and explained that a room key is not available till after 4 am. If we needed to leave and renter the room, we would need to have security open it for us again. At this point , it was close to 2 am and we were tired from traveling The room is spacious and clean. And they offered free shuttle to airport. Just make sure to prebook a seat.

Room was very clean and modern. Check in process took a bit longer due to large tourist group in front of me. Self check-in worked, but key provided didn't, so I ended up going back to waiting in line. They provided 1 free drink coupon for coffee/Americano, which was nice. Location was nice, close to Incheon Airport, right next to subway.

This hotel was ok, it was easy to get to using the AREX all stop train and they provide shuttle service to Incheon airport. One disappointment was the hotel staff barely speaks or understand any English! Also, they will only provide 1 room key even if you ask for a second one.

Nice room and good breakfast. However, there is an obvious effort to prevent interactions with the staff. Luggage storage is unsecured. The welcome drink is a coffee, tea, juice or the smallest bottle of water I've ever seen. Overall, not impressed.

The hotel was a couple of minutes from the subway and had quite a few shops and restaurants in close proximity. It was a bit of an odd reception with 2 (or 3?) hotels sharing the same space but we managed to use the machine fairly easily and the room was clean. We pre-booked the 6:00 am shuttle via their website and had no problems with the process. Overall, good value for money and very convenient.

Aircon wasn’t working, bathroom sink was clogged and found some hair on my bed. Did not complaint at reception as I was only there for one night. Reception staff was not very helpful, I was not told my room number and had to figure out by other guests around me. Breakfast was weird, I was having breakfast while a conference was happening at the same time
