The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was very welcoming to my service dog and my grandkids pet. My grandkids loved being able to eat fresh waffles every morning. We were there for a week and we could always get fresh linen and towels. When visiting family in the area, we will always stay there. Also excellent access to interstate and major roadways.

Holes in the walls, mold snd exposed electrical in the bathroom, and a lot of incomplete remodeling projects. Also clearly is not being cleaned regularly, there was crusted food inside the microwave, and the vent fan in the bathroom was covered in dust/lint. Will never stay here again.

Counter staff were very friendly. Not the staff that checked is in however. Hotel room was sub par, unkept and not maintained in any way. Phone in room did not work, elevator smelled, breakfast was way below standard.

Check in was great, but the room smelled like a dog pound. There were poop stains on the floor. Everything smelled like pee. There were used wash rags still in the bathroom. Breakfast, I don’t even know how you call that breakfast. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

the room and general areas smelled stale, moldy and smoky. The interior lights in the one elevator did not work so we had to use our phone flashlights to see while using it. The AC was very slow to cool the room. The breakfast bar was non existent. The juice and coffee machines were broken, and the vending machines also did not work. The room was cheap..... It should have been 1/2 the price we paid for a one night stay.

This Hotel was probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, the carpet was very stained a ripped, the blanket had stains, the bathroom looked like the countertop was torn off, even the room phone was stained. I was flabbergasted and cancelled my remaining nights.
