The room was very smoky and the towels were thin and stunk. The desk clerk charged us an extra $25 to get a room downstairs because the other rooms were spoken for but the parking lot was empty and no one showed up.

Nice set up of the room overall. However there was hair on the tub, travel-sized shampoo bottle was half empty and there were makeup smudges on the door and on the sheets. All in all, a great room for the price paid, but cleaning needs work.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it perfect for resting before and after my flight. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. The location is extremely convenient for travelers using IAH Airport, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well maintained. Everything was organized and exceeded my expectations for the price.
