Our car got its wheels stolen right in the parking lot. Service staff failed to change our sheets and towels after multiple requests on multiple days. Just overall feels like management and ownership have no interest in operations at this property

Loved the lake the hotel sits on. Very relaxing sitting on the patio looking out over the water. Really nice walking bridge to a shopping center across the lake. What wasn’t relaxing was not being able to get back into the hotel from the patio entrance. Key card swiper on that door is broken, so had to walk around to another entrance to get back in. Wasn’t fixed when we left. Speaking of broken, the first elevator’s #3 button doesn’t work. We were on the third floor. Anytime we needed to go up to our room and got that elevator, played the game of sending it to the top floor so we could get another elevator. The room itself was good. Just a couple things weren’t great. Not enough drawer space and really tiny awkward closet. The air conditioning never really made it to the far side of the room where the bed was. So we had to freeze out while in the sitting area so we could come close to sleeping almost comfortably. The bed itself was loud and lumpy and the sheets rough. Breakfast was really great. Staff attitudes were wonderful and everyone super helpful and friendly. Pool was decent- nothing fancy but enjoyed swimming. Very peaceful area.

Not thoroughly clean, you could feel the dust in the rooms. My child’s allergies flared. Beds were ok, breakfast decent, and walkable distance to restaurants. What I did like was the area around the hotel, absolutely beautiful.

Not as good as it looks! Thorough review

Hotel switched our room type from Lake view to normal view without asking or informing us. Would not give us correct room or refund the difference in price between the two rooms. Bed was ROCK HARD. We are frequent travelers and use to/expect hard hotel beds, this was so bad we slept on the hard couch and on couch cushions on the floor over the bed. Room A/C didn’t make a dent, room stayed around 77-78 degrees despite turning the air on at 4:30pm when we checked in. Very dim lighting in the bathroom, had to leave door open to be able to see clearly while in shower (we do not wear glasses and can see perfectly fine, that’s how dim it was). Would not recommend or ever stay here again.

Our first time at this hotel and it was amazing. The lobby, our room and the lake area surrounding the hotel, was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. We will stay here again.
