All staff was so kind and nice but these was a shame kind of things. Durinf 2days of beginning was super clean but from the day after to last day was quite dirty. Cuz there are so many hairs, dust and garbage kind of stuff on the corner on the bottom. So we clean-up ourselves lol

Staff were incredible and the facility is unique and fun. They even decorated our room for my daughter’s birthday which was a special touch. The food at the Redfish and Lost and Found is delicious and the pool party on Friday night is so much fun. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and we even got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Diamond Head. Guests can borrow beach towels, beach chairs, and even a GoPro camera free of charge, which was a great bonus. Any room service request was handled within minutes—excellent service all around.
