Great location. Easy access to Pearl Harbor, shopping, beach etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free rental of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance to Waikiki beach. It seemed like our room was back in a corner closet behind the elevator. The room was compact and the bathroom was very small. There really wasn’t anywhere to set your bags for access other than the floor or the bed. The lighting in the room was very minimal which left us to have a dark room in the evenings, once the sun went down. The room had a lovely lanai. The room did not have a coffee maker or iron/ironing board. Staff was quick to help and offer to bring an electric kettle and iron/ironing board to room when requested. No coffee was provided as they directed us to make purchases at the lobby coffee bar. Hotel provided complimentary 2 bottled water and 2 free drinks at the pool. Parking was $49 daily. We didn’t feel like we got the best deal for the money. We would probably not stay there again and try something different.

very loud road noise

The noise coming off the streets made it tough to sleep at night. Often sounded/felt like I was camped on the side of a highway. I had read that the hotel did a renovation recently. They should have upgraded the lanai doors/windows to double glazing.

Wayfinder Waikiki is close to the beach, shopping and amenities. Everything was great, from the room to the pool to the restaurants. Love the plants, pergola and bar at the pool. Staff were super, very attentive and helpful. The hotel is smaller than some, but that made it very cozy and enjoyable.
