Less than expected

Spent 9 nights here for our 30th anniversary. Hotel was in a fair location. Lobby and staff were very nice. Room itself just ok. Mattress uncomfortable. Tile floors in bedroom were unexpected. Got a partial ocean view room with a balcony… they never mentioned anywhere that demo/construction was going to be our view. This pic was halfway through the week. If you went outside during the day you got to hear construction. I balcony was so small and only partial dividers so it would be like sitting side by side with the guests next door one foot away. We never could sit on the balcony and enjoy it. If Rooms are only serviced on the third day and then every other day after that. Expensive overnight parking fees + valet only so tipping each time. If I could do it again, I think I’d try somewhere else.

Smaller and more personal hotel compared to large ones along beach front. Quieter area of Waikiki. Room and amenities were nice. Only thing that could improve is mattress softness and pillow liking/unliking.

The staff was very nice but they are tearing down a building right next door which created noise and dust. The room was fine, but I expected an actual kitchenette. Again, the people were very helpful and friendly, which is the most important to me.

I like the price but i think it can use alot of upgrades for instants charging docks for Phone and android also the bath tub either jacuzzi tubs and bidets. Other then that we love or stay. I would recommend and go back.

Nice little getaway

Really enjoyed the property. Only downfall was the construction next door which also hurt the optics of the view. Loud noises in the morning but that was out of the Luana Hotel’s control.
