The property was reasonable. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great mini kitchen. Liked have a dining table/desk. Dislikes: The room wasn't serviced in three days. The air conditioner unit was very noisy. Obe day we came back abd drains smelled. We also don't like showers in baths with plastic curtains.

Excellent location, can walk to several restaurants, shopping, beaches. Incredible spot to stay. Didnt take advantage of the pool because we chose to hit the beaches. We were happy with everything except the largest black cockroach that we found in our room on night 2. Now apparently they are their "national bird" and they thrive in this type of environment. But we were from Canada and I didnt even know cockroaches came that large. It was three times larger than a beetle or grasshopper. It was awful. They upgraded us to another room but i was about to just leave. We come to Hawaii 4 times a year and i have never ever seen them before. But staff was so accomodating. Best parking prices too. They only do valet but it was $40 a day.

The only thing I can say is I was there 2 nights and no one brought clean towels …. I was in room 1212 amd there mold in the shower .staff was amazing.

When we first walked in it smelled so good! The front desk staff was very friendly very efficient. Our room was very clean and better than I expected. It was nice. Our patio looked down in the city and the pool area. Which was beautiful. The pool itself was awesome! Everyone there is very nice and I cannot wait to go back one day!

I would stay again needs some improvement

The hotel was beautiful the room was a nice two balcony suite! The floors were dirty in the room and made our feet dirty everyday, shower would flood up whenever we would shower. The appliances were nice in the kitchen we were able to make breakfast to save money - they did a free room upgrade so we got to have a gorgeous view staff was friendly. Complimentary cheese and wine events on MWF on mezzanine which was great. Convenient location to shops restaurants 10min walk from beach. Also sofa bed springs were uncomfortable one of us had sleep on it since two people slept on the bed it was bouncy and old springs.

Staff was very cordial and helpful. Rooms are dated. No breakfast available on site. No microwave in room which seems typical of all hotels in Hawaii. Pool was clean.

Kitchenware has been provided. Baggage storage service is also provided after check out which is so convenient. Pool is nice and clean and filled with salt water which makes you feel like swimming in the ocean water.

Perfect location and price in Waikiki. Parking was convenient because it was valet. Area was extremely walkable and had many shopping and dining options nearby. Room was beautiful and clean as well.

Nice but few minor things

I have stayed here before, and I enjoy it. There were such a few minor things, handled by us. Like the cockroach in the room, long black hairs in the bathtub, and a few weird noises coming from upstairs. But this is just a heads up for future stayers.

Great location! Right in Waikīkī, close to everything g ! Just perfect Pool was awesome, complementary coffee and tea was great and managers nights with wine and cheese was an awesome touch
