Great Location, Not as Pictured, Dirty & Horrible Customer Service Company
The property management company was not responsive. Sofa bed was broken & they were notified immediately upon check in & it was never resolved. They considered the sofa bed an amenity and not necessary. A toaster is an amenity not a bed to sleep in. Horrible customer service. The pictures of the property are outdated. The view is 100% obstructed in the bedroom as the dresser is now in front of the window and the sofa is now in front of the balcony. The bar stools are now wood with no backs, the window in the bedroom is duct taped. There are broken tiles upon entry and the living room and bedroom floor is separating and lifting in spots. The curtains need to be washed as there are stains all over them. The living room chair is stained and needs a deep cleaning. The fan was coated in dust and needs a good vacuum. The outlets on either side of the bed were not working. The air conditioner is a wall unit in the living room on the floor and not sealed good. The air was not on upon arrival and a note on the back of the door stating that you were not allowed to keep the air on while gone or you'd be charged. The entry light was burned out. It's a great location but you need a management company that will keep up your property and be responsive. We booked your property as it had 2 beds and 1 was broken. Only 1 person could actually sleep in the room. I had to go sleep with my sister in the room she rented in the other tower.
