Beautiful views from the 44th floor! Room wasn't in the best condition, but it was definitely a solid choice for saving money on the trip! Would recommend to people who are budgeting their vacation.

While the staff provided excellent service, the stay was hindered by ongoing issues: outdated room accommodations, insufficient facility maintenance, and no daily room cleaning over eight nights. We were charged for accommodations without receiving consistent cleaning or upkeep. I’m sharing this feedback to urge a proactive review and prompt remediation; at the moment, I cannot recommend this property.

The room was dirty, including the curtains and balcony. We booked to enjoy the balcony but couldn’t use it due to the condition. The furniture was very outdated, and there was a strong trash smell near our door. In seven nights, the room was never cleaned, and towels had to be picked up downstairs. Pool towel policy was inconvenient. The pillows were very uncomfortable and caused neck pain.

True 3 star. Great location. Room although was renovated has some miles on it. Listing shows like new condition. Rug is stretched, furniture and cupboards paint is chipped. Miss matched dishes. Original impression was disappointing. Dark hallways, old elevators. But for price, location and staff cannot complain. Everything did work, water was hot, mattress, bedding and pillow clean and comfortable. Fridge was cold. Pool was smaller than expected from photo and extremely cold. A long time resident said it was always cold. Hot tub was super hot. Main drag with restaurants and shopping within two blocks. Public transit takes you everywhere. Make sure to get the app. You are on canal and very quiet. Staff were great. We would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect.

This was our second stay. We love the location. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. We had a great view from the generous sized lanai.

The young man pat desk was rude and not helpful Did not explain key usage, no map of property so we could get feel for how to navigate around property Paper we got didn’t give hours of operation on any amenities avail it did say cleaning every three days but no house keeper came in a week We had to exchange towels at desk ask for garbage bags soap etc he did not explain that either. We had issues with locks first three days had re keyed 5-6xs maintenance came once to check but kept having issues… I would not stay again and I think should get refund when paper said jousleeo every three days not even a broom in unit to sweep no mop ether or vacum Terrible service in my view!
