I’d give it a 2.5 stars if I can. They change bedding every 3 days. They have only two elevators that take forever to get to you. Prepare for delays just because of the slow elevator. Only 1 water filtration station for the entire hotel. Staff was kind but overall very old and out dated hotel. Our hot water for showers kept going in and out.

The room was clean, the staff was kind, and it's in a busy area close to so many restaurants and shopping, plus the beach is a quick walk away. I recommend this place for convenience, but it was loud.

Honestly the hotel is in the perfect location, however… it we were greeted by roaches in the room and they were roaches pregnant ones ect, they said they would switch our room but didn’t they sent someone to spray our room the next day in which he came later in the day and was unable to and never came back, we was woken up to water coming down on us and our belongings because the person on the floor above left his water running and it came down in my room and the person underneath me, they charge you 150 for amenities which I believe wasn’t worth it

Simply put it was a great stay! Hotel staff is very friendly, attentive to clients’ needs. Rooms clean, serviced daily by hardworking staff. Beach towels provided are a welcome addition to enjoy the world famous Waikiki beach which is a mere 10 minute walk. Situated in the heart of Waikiki, the hotel allows easy short walk to most restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was old, charged luxury tax and high valet price but nothing luxury about it. It be ok if it was at least clean but there was a roach in the shower, the stove wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest, and a questionable stain on the pillow case, they don’t offer housekeeping until 3 days. We had to evacuate because the bldg next door was on fire and we saw the smoke from our patio door. So that was scary not knowing the source of the fire and just ran down 14 flights to safety. The overall experience did not meet my expectations. There was no need to report anything to management because there wasn’t anything they can correct anyway.
