The rooms were clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel could use some updating, but I found it to be quaint. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Waikiki Beach is really close and high end shopping is 1 street over. Great food places steps away from the hotel. Bonus is the Bus Stop is nearby and take you right to the airport! I highly recommend!

Staff is helpful but not very friendly. Kurig in all rooms and room service daily, although while staying there they sent out a notice saying room service will be limited now to every 3 days instead of daily. Room service ladies were very friendly. Rooms are semi clean, dirty walls and dripping faucet in the bathroom. Kitchenette was very nice to have. The area is very loud making it hard to sleep at night.

It was a clean and quiet hotel room, but pretty dated. Tiny kitchen with only an old stove and tiny refrigerator. I had to ask for a microwave. It was advertised as having breakfast but that was only 2 granola bars, 2 canned drinks and a bag of delicious potato chips. Valet park was less expensive than most local hotels. But it was relatively inexpensive and located right across the street from much higher priced Wakiki Beach hotels - you get what you pay for. If you want nicer or higher end hotels in or near Wakiki, be prepared to pay a premium for them. Bottom line is that I'd stay here again if I return.

Check time is posted online. Told to you when checking in. Also it’s printed on key card envelope. My suggestion is the front desk needs to stop calling people‘s rooms at 11:25 especially if the guest has already stated they’ll be checking out at 11:30 AM. This behavior is not only rude, but it also causes the gas to leave behind property in the room due to feeling rushed, which has happened to me on the last three visits to this hotel.

Building was very rundown and dirty needs a lot of upgrades, they had roaches old dirty furniture sheets were not clean with stains.

Service was good. Loved having a box fan in the room, beach 1.5 block walk to the beach, ignore Google maps walk straight there. Some cosmetic defects bu will stay again.

I stayed here two separate nights in two different rooms. The first room had a city view. Decor was dated but completely acceptable. The room was clean and smelled fine. The second room had a view of an abandoned property. As soon as you open the door, the smell of mold hit you in the face. We slept with the patio doors open the entire night because I was concerned about breathing in that type of air. The hallways were rundown. The pool was nice. They had a laundry room which was nice. Location is great price was cheap. Staff was good.

Great location

It was very affordable and great location near Waikiki Beach and the Royal Hawaiian Shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older property and could use a refresh, but it was quaint and lovely. I would definitely stay here again. On the plus side it was close to the bus stop to get to the airport and Pearl Harbor for only $3 per person.
