Our first room had a major leak in it on day 2/5, they upgraded us to a suite. On day 4/5 we experienced another leak. The hotel only refunded one night of amenity fees. Very inconvenient moving rooms and no help from staff moving our belongings.

Property is severely outdated - old and almost decrepit. Sink leaked, bedding dirty, mattress snd bedding old. Bathroom unclean, there was literally hair on the wall and mirrors were not clean. Hole in the bathroom wall almost behind a picture, like the picture was trying to hide it. There were bugs under the sink and in the counter. Location is great but I will never stay here again.

There was no hot water for most days, staff was abrasive, there was a substantial resort fee we weren’t warned about, and our room was only cleaned 2 of the 6 days we were there.

The ac didnt do what an ac should Not once was the room cool ...let alone cold Mind you i had it on high for the duration of my stay Let it be known my room was the only room outsidw the building which also is disappointing bcuz it has happened to me 3 out of 4 times ive stayed there What are the chances i get the only room outside the vuilding Theres only 1 room on each floor outaide

The room was nice and there was one staff member in particular that was amazing!!! They were all kind but, she was absolutely lovely! The water was never hot in the morning for our showers but, in the afternoon and evening it was. The room was kept at a very cool and comfortable temperature. I would recommend this hotel again.
