The new addition that we stay was clean and good , cleaning staff had limited communication ability, the fitness center is extremely old equipment and only few items worked. Breakfast was good but everyday the same items repeated. Not that much difference choice.

It was ok. Property was in a good walkable distance to shops. Weird how the hotel was in 3 different buildings and to get to the swimming pool you had to go across the street. Breakfast was not that good.

A short drive from the airport, First Hotel is an excellent hotel with high quality rooms and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private tours were great - especially the Mekong Delta day trip. Staying in a non-touristy area was an immersive cultural experience. A highlight was the nearby cinema, which was a fun experience with its 4DX theatre.
