All staff was great but 1 stood out during my stay, his name is Nicholas, I met him during a complimentary coffee class the hotel provides. He began great service there. Then later on at the beautiful rooftop bar he made me some excellent drinks, then politely delivered room service in the middle of the night, then greeted me with a smile during breakfast. I rebooked another stay the next weekend because of him. Great hotel and great staff!!! Thank you for the hospitality and service!!

Everything at the Alagon was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our four night stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we felt so welcomed by the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was a 12 out of 10. 👌. The location of the hotel in HCMC is perfect - close to restaurants and major attractions. We will definitely return some day.

My room was spotless and super cute on the first night they came in to turn the bed down with a sweet dreams card. The pool was big enough to have a swim and I loved the jacuzzi. The free foot massage and evening drink were a really lovely touch. I had a body massage at the hotel which was really good

We stayed twice in this hotel. We preferred the room with window as it was larger and less noise from the hallway. Both stays we received a free foot massage, and happy hour cocktail. The pool area was small and in need of some upkeep.

The hotel room was nice but very noisy. We were woken up many times a night by guests coming and going in the corridors, talking and slamming doors. Completely normal things that we are not usually bothered by but which were very loud in this room. The hotel is centrally located and the staff was nice.

The room was very clean, the whole hotel was clean. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very helpful and nice. Veronica at the front desk was very nice and informative and assisted with all my needs. I had a massage on my ladt night and Vy was excellent.
