I am a regular of this hotel group since 2014. I am glad that they have kept service level, food quality, room cleanliness well over a decade. Whole room bundle comes with 1 complementary lunch meal set, complementary 30 mins foot massage, 1 complementary evening cocktail drink. Only downside during this trip was that on 23 May morning, since 7 am, there was a annoying food prep noise. (I stayed at level 1).

Friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful rooftop area, and interesting decor. My only issues were the lukewarm shower and surprisingly expensive laundry bill, itemized per individual article of clothing. Otherwise an amazing stay.

They have 2 or 3 Alagon hotels. I do not know about the other but the one at 301-303 Lý Tự Trọng. I have to give 10/10(the best of the best).

5 nights in Saigon

We concluded our trip through Vietnam with 5 nights in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). We had room with 2 Queen size beds, they where very comfortable. The room was quite small but sufficient for us. Bathroom was big with shower/bath tub combined. The towels where changed every day. Two free botles of water was brought every day. The location was very good, in district 1. Breakfast was included in our package, it was ok but not great. We also got vouchers for free drinks and foot massage. The pool on the roof was a bit crowded at times. But we still used it every day. Over all a very good alternative for the price and location. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The girls at the spa were amazing. Some of the best foot massages & back massages in HCMC. The tub needs caulking around the edges, water is getting into base. Staff was friendly & helpful.
