Room furnishings were worn, no soundproofing between rooms we could hear conversations and people snoring. Desk Staff were great, daily service of the room was a bit hit and miss, and workers were noisy in adjoining rooms.

Felt claustrophobic as soon as we entered, talked with staff who advised no other rooms available and no refunds or cancellations. Not a room to stay in if you don't like being "boxed in", the room had only one window above the sink, with the view being an unappealing neglected internal courtyard area and another wall. Definitely not what we were expecting from the photos online of a bright light filled room with either large glass doors and balcony, or large windows. The room was ok, it was clean. But definitely felt trapped in. Will not stay here again.

The room and staff were great. The only improvements I would suggest is to provide a cot matress for infant portable crib. We were provided only the porta cot not the matress. So couldn't use it. Another suggestion would be to have a little more vessels for cookina g and some pantry basics like salt, sugar, oil. But overall we had a great time at quest, the rooms were very spacious and comfy! Will definitely book again.

Staff are really friendly and offering seamless check in/check out. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but they were okay. 2 bedroom apartment was great in terms of amenities as we had 2 small children with us - kitchen, washing machine, spacious rooms, etc. Overall, it was great and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the room was sterile in atmosphere and so basic it felt like a hospital room. The windows looked out to the nearby freeway and a street with rubbish bins. The bed cover was stained. Paid $160 per night, which is not extravagant but definitely not worth this basic facility
